Over 25 Years of Engineering,
Leadership & Delivery.
I founded Vektra to bring together over 25 years of experience across engineering, product development, testing, industrialisation and operations to support ambitious engineering and technology businesses.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with exceptional teams across organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, JATCO, IARC Warwick University, SAIC Motor, Ricardo, and YASA — helping develop products, build capability and deliver at scale.
My experience spans premium automotive, electrification, advanced manufacturing and emerging technology, with a focus on solving complex challenges through practical leadership and execution.
At a personal level, I've always been passionate about cars, engineering and technology — but what has always mattered most to me is the opportunity to work with great people to create something meaningful.
